Periodical GMP audit, 26.10.2010

On 26-28.10.2010 our company held a periodic inspection with the intent to extend the GMP certificate. The inspection was carried out by Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate
It was found that Cardinal Pharma Trade Ltd. meets the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices set out in Directive 2003/94/EC, Directive 91/412/EEC and Article 47 of Directive 2001/82/EC on the Specifications of GMP for active substances.

GSK Audit, 31.03.2010

On 31.03.2010, GSK held an audit of our company. During the audit, no inconformities and discordances were found. Furthermore, no observations have been made.
Audit confirmed that Cardinal Pharma Trade Ltd. can store and deliver substances to GSK group.

DNV ISO 9001:2008 Audit, 21.04.2010

On 21.04.2010, DNV held periodic audit of our Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 standard. The audit was conducted by Det Norske Veritas Poland Sp z o.o.
During the audit, no inconsistencies were identified and full conformity was found. The certificate has been prolonged until 2012.
