Our corporate Quality Policy includes constant improvement in the Quality System, as well as keeping our services at a high and competitive level. Our objective is to meet the requirements and needs of our customers, as well as winning the position of a reliable and competitive player in the global pharmaceutical market.

Our obligations to clients
   Assessing clients' needs in terms of:
        quality of goods;
        order processing conditions (quantity of a single delivery, frequency of deliveries, volume of stocks, transport, payment conditions, and complaint handling procedures)

   Taking actions to supervise service provision (order processing) in order to implement
     preventive measures, if needed.
   Promoting all units' awareness of clients' needs and their maximum fulfilment.

Thanks to our regular contact with the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and the Registration Office, our Quality Policy is compliant with the novelised version of the Pharmaceutical Law.

Certificates
The trust and satisfaction of our clients is an important asset for us, therefore we are constantly increasing the quality of our services. The worth of this attitude was confirmed in 1999 when we obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate.

Bearing Pharmaceutical's requirements specification in mind, we would like to kindly inform that, as the first distributor we put a GMP system in respect to storage and distribution on the Polish market.
In September 2007 we successfully passed through GMP inspection carried out by General Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and we received a certificate:

With the begining of 2009 our company passed certification audit of Environmental Management System according to EN ISO 14001:2005 and Security and Work Hygiene Management System according to PN- 18001:2004, led by TÜV NORD Polska Sp. z o.o. Below you will find the certificates:
